ABOUT THE ARTIST
John resides and paints out of his studio in rural Montana, where he admits to being inspired daily on forays into the vast Montana open seeking beauty and quiet spaces, while exploring with his trusty friend and guide dog Boo. A lifelong outdoors enthusiast his love for the wild things in nature and appreciation of all things great and small lead him through his daily meanderings and observations. John noticed over the years the focal point and end destination of many of his hikes culminated in a grove of aspens, as being drawn to these trees like many others by their seemingly magical attraction. So it seemed only natural to replicate these beautiful trees and the added glow of Aspenglows are his perception and manifestation of his love for these amazing trees. It is his hope to share these works with you and bring the glow and feel of aspens into your home for your enjoyment of our favorite trees while simultaneously protecting aspens from over-harvest for decorative purposes.
